To participate in the Red Summit Referral Program, you must sign a referral partnership agreement with Red Summit. This agreement outlines the terms of our partnership and ensures compliance with all program guidelines.
Referral rewards are paid when your referred client signs a 12-month property management contract with Red Summit. The contract must be fully executed by both parties to qualify for payment.
Your role is limited to providing introductions or contact information. You will not be involved in any negotiations, service discussions, or contract terms. Red Summit handles all client communications and business development activities.
Upon successful execution of a 12-month management contract with your referred client, you will receive a $1,000 referral payment. Payments are processed within 5 business days of contract execution.
