Our process
What happens before anything gets listed
So you're not the one finding out whether something works.

Sort
Every pallet gets opened and inventoried. Broken or incomplete items are set aside.

Test
If it plugs in, we plug it in. If it came with parts, we check they're there.

Wipe down
Shipping labels and packaging come off, and everything gets a wipe down.

Honest condition, real photos of the actual item, flaws included.
The honest answer
Why is it so much cheaper than retail?
Retailers can't resell an opened return or unsold seasonal stock at full price, so they clear it by the pallet through liquidation channels. We buy it there, check what works, and pass on the savings. Same product, minus the retail markup.
No surprises
Condition on every listing
We use Facebook Marketplace's standard conditions. A scratch, a missing manual, or a dented box is in the photos and in the description.

| New | Brand new and unused, still sealed in the original packaging. |
| Used – Like New | Barely used and looks it. Usually an open-box return where nothing was wrong with the item. |
| Used – Good | Used, with some signs of wear. Works as intended. |
| Used – Fair | Heavily used, or has a fault or a missing part. Whatever it is, it's in the photos and the description. |

Who you're dealing with
A small, locally owned liquidation business working out of a warehouse near Elliott Road and I-10 in south Phoenix. If you message us, you're talking to a real person — James handles sourcing, pricing, and every reply. We deliver most larger items free within about 30 miles, or you can collect by appointment only.
- The photos are the actual item. Never a stock image.
- We point out the flaws. If we spotted it, it's in the listing.
- Everyone pays the same price. No haggling discounts for some and not others.
- You check it before you pay. If it isn't what we said, walk away and owe us nothing.
