Phoenix, Arizona · Liquidation & Resale
We buy returns and overstock by the pallet, break them down, check that everything works, and list it with honest photos. Free local delivery on most larger items.
Our inventory
We buy full pallets and lots through the same wholesale liquidation marketplaces that any registered business can bid on. Here's what each source typically brings in.
Home goods, kitchen and small appliances, furniture, seasonal and outdoor. Often large-format items in excellent condition.
The widest mix by far. Electronics, tools, household goods, toys and accessories, mostly opened returns and many never actually used.
Home decor, storage, kids' and baby gear, small electronics, and a steady flow of seasonal overstock.
Everyday household, tools and hardware, sporting goods, and general merchandise across a broad range of price points.
Our process
Nothing complicated, but it does mean you're not the one finding out whether something works.
Every pallet gets opened and gone through, and everything is sorted and inventoried. Anything that turns up broken or incomplete gets set aside.
If it plugs in, we plug it in and make sure it does what it's supposed to. If it came with parts, we check they're actually there.
Everything gets a wipe down, and the old shipping labels, tape and packaging come off.
We put an honest condition on it and photograph the actual item, flaws included. Never a stock photo.
The honest answer
Retailers move enormous volume, and a slice of it can't be sold at full price. A customer opens a box and sends it back. A seasonal item doesn't clear by the end of the season. A warehouse needs the floor space for next quarter's stock. None of that merchandise can go back on the shelf as new, and holding onto it costs the retailer more than it's worth.
So they sell it off by the pallet through liquidation channels, the same wholesale marketplaces any registered business can buy from. We bid on those pallets, bring them back to the shop, and do the part the retailer was never going to bother with: open everything up, check what works, and figure out what it's honestly worth.
That's the whole business, and it's why we can list things well below what the store would charge and still make it work. You aren't buying stolen goods or knockoffs. It's the same product, minus the retail markup and usually minus the original box.
No surprises
We use Facebook Marketplace's standard conditions. If an item has a scratch, a missing manual, or a dented box, it's in the photos and it's in the description.
| Condition | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | Brand new and unused, still sealed in the original packaging. |
| Used – Like New | Barely used and looks it. Usually an open-box return where nothing was wrong with the item. |
| Used – Good | Used, with some signs of wear. Works as intended. |
| Used – Fair | Heavily used, or has a fault or a missing part. Whatever it is, it's in the photos and the description. |
Buying from us
Everything currently for sale is posted on our Facebook page and on Facebook Marketplace, with real photos and the condition stated on every item.
Tell us which item you're interested in. We'll confirm it's still available and answer anything the listing didn't cover.
We deliver most larger items free if you're local, or you can collect from the shop near Elliott & I-10. Look it over and try it out before you pay either way.
Common questions
It's a fair question, and we'd rather answer it up front than have you wonder. Our inventory is bought through established wholesale liquidation marketplaces that require a registered business to bid, and every purchase comes with an invoice. We don't buy off the street, we don't buy from individuals, and we don't take consignment from people we don't know.
Both, and we tell you which on every listing. A lot of it is overstock that was never sold and never opened. Much of the rest is customer returns, and most of those came back for reasons that have nothing to do with the product working. Wrong size, wrong color, changed their mind. That's what the condition on each listing is for.
No. All sales are final. We're two people working out of a warehouse unit and we're not set up to run a returns desk, so we'd rather be upfront about that than bury it.
What we do instead is make sure you know what you're getting first. Ask us anything before we meet, then look the item over and try it out when we hand it to you. If it isn't what we described, don't take it. We'd rather lose the sale.
New pallets come in regularly, so the stock turns over fast. Facebook is always the current list.
