The fastest way to reach us is Facebook, since that's where the listings live and where we are most of the day. Email works too, and we read everything that comes in.
Better for longer questions, or if you'd rather not use Facebook. We typically reply the same day.
Getting a fast answer
What to include in your first message
Not required, but it saves a round trip and usually means we can confirm everything in one reply:
- Which item you're asking about. A link to the listing or the title is perfect.
- Roughly where you are and when suits you. We're flexible on timing, including evenings and weekends.
- Anything specific you want to check. A close-up photo of a particular side, a model number, whether a certain accessory is in the box.
If you want to see something running before you commit, say so. We'll have it plugged in and ready, whether you're collecting or we're bringing it to you.
Getting it to you
Delivery and pickup
Our shop is a warehouse unit in south Phoenix, just off Elliott Road and Interstate 10, within easy reach of Tempe, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Mesa, Gilbert, and much of Scottsdale and Glendale. We deliver most larger items free locally. Ask and we'll let you know.
If you'd rather collect, that's by appointment only and we send the exact address once we've set a time. We're a working warehouse rather than a storefront, so we can't do walk-in browsing, but you're welcome to come look at a specific item with no obligation to buy.
